Responsible for the training courses definition and providers selection ( training for developers .NET and Java). Responsible for demand and resource allocations for new and on-going projects (.NET and Java). Active participation in technical proposals and opportunities and reporting the opportunities status. Responsible for management and control of projects for the clients and for the area of Outsourcing. In charge of the selected project to validate the accreditation of the company in CMMi level 3.

In charge to perform the restructuring of the development area and to recruit profiles needed in order to manage and to develop large-scale projects. Achieving the development and implementation more than 40 successful web applications (Java, .NET, PHP) in Spain, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Argentina. Achieving a lower costs in the company by the new process selection of technology providers to develop projects. Responsible for technical and financial proposals of development IT projects.

Strategic project plan. Analysis and Functional Design of the technical solution.

Responsible for the Development area of the company and Coordination of the Software Factory located in Mendoza city. In charge of the Work processes and methodologies implementation to work remotely with the Software Factory. Achieving the excellent interaction with customers (CRM), extending and expanding commercial opportunities. Responsible for the revenue growth, productivity and successful projects implementation.
