Grade Level Team Leader (Jul 2022 - Present) Implemented evidence-based teaching strategies informed by John Hattie’s Visible Learning. Led cross-sectional bonding initiatives, horizontal with upper secondary and vertical with English-speaking year groups. Co-organised the annual large-scale grade-level event for the entire primary school community, involving students and parents.

Supported students with diverse learning needs through co-teaching and targeted small-group interventions in German and Mathematics. Facilitated language acquisition for multilingual learners and guided students during independent study periods. Contributed to a vibrant school community by co-organizing events and supervising extracurricular activities.

Led a team of volunteers, coordinating our daily schedules and ensuring our community projects were executed successfully. Guided and supported high school graduates during their social service year, helping them grow personally and professionally. Supervised local initiatives and acted as a key coordinator between international volunteers and the community.

Supported local educators in providing a safe and engaging learning environment for children in underserved communities.
