Support Head of Technical Product Development in all questions regarding the data management of the bluesign® TOOL and other bluesign® applications - Maintenance, support and new developments of databases regarding impurities in textile products including polymers - Evaluation of data and sources for the hazardous database - Working on ideas about new products and improvements to existing products - Market research and reporting to the Head of Technical Product Development

Work in close collaboration with internal departments to coordinate the testing of Huntsman Textile Effects Products - Ensure the analysis, communicate results and propose actions to the organization - Work on specific projects supporting the business (specific requests / projects regarding analytics)

Project leading and coordination regarding restricted substances in dyes - Ensure the knowledge transfer from Europe to Asia - Support for QC’s in Asia (mainly Thailand and Indonesia)

Build, develop and coach an effective, reliable and flexible analytics group (1 chemist and 3 lab technicians) - Support of the Product-EHS team with the delivering the analytical dossiers for registration-samples - Initiate and support know-how exchange within different stakeholders

Lead the analytics R&D team comprised of 3 technicians - Providing support to Huntsman sites all over the world - Ensure method-development and validation - Conducting qualitative (HPLC-DAD, HPLC-MS) and quantitative ICP-OES, combustion analysis, HPLC) analysis as well as structure elucidation with the help of HPLC, LC-MS, IC - Analysis and reports for REACH and registration and ensure technical support worldwide for analytical questions
