Assisted the IT leadership team for the set-up of a Project Management Office. 
Developed and implemented communication infrastructure and support during the rollout and execution of the organisational transformation programme for the Benelux region.

The Collective is a small agency offering creative services (graphic arts and media) to companies in Holland and abroad. Managed services to customers and daily marketing activities, while extending the organisation’s network of European creative professionals.

Performed process analysis and simplification and provided guidance/training through the change process to several international customers: Credit Suisse in Zurich, BNP Paribas in Paris and Communauté Urbaine de Lille. In charge of internal communication parallel to intense in-house training in Business Process Reengineering & Communication.

2001-2005 Short assignments in the role of Cross Cultural Expert (focus France-Germany). Cooperation with IFB Jiranek to increase cross-cultural competencies of leaders of the pharmaceutical industry. Trained leaders within the pharmaceutical industry on perceptions, stereotypes and expectations in both culture as well as cross- communication styles. Guided and supported clients in developing effective communication techniques to improve team synergies.
