In my role as Consultant I have advised one of Switzerland’s major energy companies with the establishment of their regulatory framework.

Internal consulting and structuring advice in critical project phases; project management, e.g. pipeline certification process; interface management between all project disciplines; management of change; negotiation of grid-connection and other operational agreements; management support; shareholder relations.

Legal practice in contract law, corporate law, banking law, capital markets law, civil procedure law, arbitration, bankruptcy law, real estate and property law, private international law, and public law.

Performance of study on German Energy Security Politics and several other surveys with legal and economical background; organisation and management of various cultural events; drafting of speeches and of report on the cultural work of the Swiss Embassy in 2007.

Preparation and execution of exhibitions, vernissages and VIP events; took part in the development of the museum’s new address system.
