I lead technical management of the Infotainment module in vehicle programs, covering head units, displays, HMI, connectivity (telematics, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi), sound and antenna systems. I manage cross-functional teams across HW, SW, electrical, mechanical, and UX to ensure integration. I direct SE activities, define targets balancing cost, quality, and performance, manage risks, resolve conflicts, ensure OEM compliance, and maintain all project documentation and tracking.

Led SE team for Power Outlets (12V–HVPO), Switches, and Sound System, ensuring product targets met defined scope and requirements. Oversaw mechanical and functional system integration, aligned with engineering principles. Coordinated suppliers, quality, procurement, logistics, and production. Balanced performance, cost, weight, packaging, and quality. Managed HW/SW interfaces, change control, integration planning, and ensured cross-functional alignment and project progress.

Led PSA-FCA E&E system integration and launch management, acting as key interface for BOM and system data alignment. Managed BOM transfers from FCA to PSA’s CODEP PLM system. Supported E&E system development, architecture, integration, validation, and release. Ensured accurate technical coordination from FCA and organized release activities in CODEP. Drove smooth execution of integration and launch phases across both organizations.

Led value optimization and performance initiatives for body electronics, aligning technical feasibility with business goals. Analyzed E&E components for cost-saving potential, evaluated business cases, and collaborated with engineering to validate proposals. Facilitated workshops and tear-downs to develop ideas, and supported performance improvements by integrating technical and financial targets across cross-functional teams.

Improved production efficiency and ergonomics by analyzing workstations and aligning with standards and cycle times. Monitored key metrics, conducted workflow and ergonomic assessments, and implemented targeted actions to close performance gaps. Ensured compliance with production standards and supported continuous improvement initiatives to drive overall productivity and operational effectiveness.

Led value optimization for chassis components (suspension, steering, brakes), identifying cost-saving and performance improvement opportunities. Analyzed components, evaluated business cases, and worked with engineering to validate technical feasibility. Facilitated workshops and tear-downs to support idea generation. Drove value engineering initiatives that balanced technical performance with business impact.

I conducted efficiency analyses to identify opportunities for increasing production capacity and maximizing output. This included calculating and monitoring cycle times, and implementing improvements to minimize cycle time and enhance operational efficiency. I also shared and discussed detailed reports with project team members and the project manager to ensure alignment on performance and progress.
