Program management in a complex matrix network with employees spread across 5 different countries, Germany, Spain, France, Romania and India, producing 4,000 work orders of tech data per month, with clients in all main Airbus locations, FR, GE, UK and SP. Leadership of the PMO team and Project Managers for the development of the integrated planning tools, workload balancing and budget, while being responsible for the program PnL and productivity performance implementing lean strategies.

As Cofounder and Managing Director, my responsibilities encompassed every aspect of the business, aligning research and development with operations and client relationship management, while focusing on the financial and strategic planning and control.

Creation and leadership of the project portfolio management system for planning, budgeting and controlling capital investments to prioritize resources in a collaborative environment. 300 projects managed by 80 employees in 5 teams. Management of projects in the division of Strategic Development and Manufacturing plans, coordinating the activities of multiple internal and external clients and suppliers.

Direction of International Industrial Projects for Primary Aluminium and Cement Production companies, from planning to implementation, within customer’s deadlines, controlling changes in the scope, schedule, quality, safety requirements and cost. Research and Development to improve the operational performance of the existing systems using Finite Element Analysis modelling software.

Operations management of the automotive assembly line to achieve the forecasted productivity performance using lean management tools such as KAIZEN, 5 S, QR/QC and TPM, with focus on improvement and cost reduction.

Operations Management from material mining, crushing and grinding to cement delivery, leading the production and maintenance teams. Project Management of major projects in facilities across the country, from project planning, execution, testing and installation. Negotiation with suppliers clarifying technical scopes, cost optimization and delivery times.
