• Lead a team of 10 Design Engineers to develop laser systems. • Managing the design team by parallel tasks to eliminate time loss. • Following Technical Review Gates as PDR, CDR, & FDR • Providing and sustaining the Design for Excellence (DFX) method for machines. • Designing custom laser cells in full compliance with European Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), EN ISO 60825-1 (Laser Safety), and EN ISO 13849-1 (Functional Safety - Performance Level d/e).

Mechanical, electrical and optic design of laser processing machines such as marking cutting and welding by using different type of laser. Application and samples trials before the machine concept design. I have completed following projects; Design of CO2 laser engravers with XYZ-C Stages by using Raylase Galvo scanners. Fiber laser welding machine equipped with SPI/Trumpf lasers with Galvo scanners and additional stages up to 6 axis. Glass and thin material high accuracy machines equipped with UV lasers
