Again, In parallel with company growth, I have promoted to Manager of the whole technical side like Laser Cutting, Welding, Pulsed Laser (Marking, Engraving, Cleaning) which compose 15 Engineer and 25 technicians. Planning of the design, production, after sales activities and giving reports to sales and directors regarding the last situations of the machines. Sales support by defining machine requirement with the optimum laser and equipment selection.

If the current machines were not enough directly communicating with suppliers such as Rofin, Trumpf/SPI, Synrad, and send the samples to them for the trials.

Mechanical, electrical and optic design of laser processing machines such as marking cutting and welding by using different type of laser. Application and samples trials before the machine concept design. I have completed following projects; Design of CO2 laser engravers with XYZ-C Stages by using Raylase Galvo scanners.
