Assign Vertical Markets and Manage a Network of 5 Vertical Markets Sales Managers in an effort to approach the target market in a systematic way.

Act as an active part of the Business Development Team in order to acknowledge business opportunities, search & recommend the best business strategies, implement action plans and carefully monitor their outcomes. Recommend the technological strategies to be followed in order to gain the competitive edge that would not only strengthen our company's position in the market but would also position us favorably against our competitors.

Manage the BreezeCOM Wireless Networking Product Line from the early market entry phase to the very last phase of creating a countrywide network of dealers and of selling directly, wherever large accounts or very important clients were involved Identify market segments to which we had to channel our marketing efforts in order to make the BreezeCOM Wireless Networking Products a major market entry success in Romania.

Manage, supervise and coordinate a Network Team made of Network Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Software Engineers and Help Desk Operators, in the effort to provide a high-speed, secure and user-friendly computer network environment to the company end-users. Translate the company needs and goals into IT projects aiming to enhance the computing performances, the quality of services, or the security provided by the MOBILROM network.

Complete design and implementation of the network; right from the scratch installation of the networking infrastructure. Optimize the use of the network resources (shared hardware such as printers and CD-ROMs; server and workstation processor time slices, RAM and disk space; shared programs) and maintaining habits that could prevent network failure or distress Troubleshoot software and hardware problems (up to the board and component level).
