Masters Thesis Grade: 1.3 Conducted confidential industrial research on sustainable caloric refrigeration systems using Finite Volume Method (FVM), transient thermal analysis and MATLAB-based material modelling. Developed and evaluated simulation models for advanced refrigeration concepts.

Performed CFD simulations of subsonic aircraft using ANSYS Fluent and evaluated aerodynamic performance of novel wing flap configurations through comparative simulation studies and collaboration with team for result interpretation.

Simulated Battery Thermal Management Systems (BTMS) using ANSYS Fluent and evaluated nanofluid based cooling strategies for EV thermal regulation and system efficiency. Analysed thermal performance under varying operating conditions.

Investigated thermal creep behaviour in engineering polymers and supported research on creep simulation methodologies and ANSYS-based FEA. Assisted with experimental planning and laboratory setup activities.

Gained practical exposure to manufacturing operations, welding processes and industrial automation.
