- Led the development of Rozie AI’s Natural Language Processing engine, focused on Conversational AI for customer service automation. - Trained and deployed machine learning models for intent classification, concept tagging, sentiment and emotion extraction, semantic search, and question answering. - Supported the business team by delivering customer focused AI demonstrations, contributing to customer acquisition efforts.

- Contributed to the development of Sensefy, an enterprise search engine with semantic and entity-driven search capabilities. - Developed machine learning models for document classification, clustering, and topic modeling to deliver value for Alfresco clients. - Implemented a key industry use case (enterprise cross-media search) for the Mico Project (Cross Media Analysis Research Project), representing Zaizi in collaboration with researchers from leading European universities and research institutes.
