• Worked in Wrzesnia, Poland in Flex Films Europa wherein my main responsibilities included planning, designing, developing, and testing new methods in the Holography pattern making process. • Managing smooth implementation of trials conducted for the Holographic pattern making process. • Executing production operations in coordination with other team members for efficient management work.
