Design, build and ship music-technology software solo, owning every stage from architecture and UX to release, community and support. Creator of Schwung, an open-source firmware platform for the Ableton Move (~1,500 installs, an 800-member community and 72 modules), alongside a suite of published iOS/Mac audio apps with multiple category #1s on the App Store.

Owned the customer experience for restaurants and retail across Wolt's iOS, Android and Web applications, including roadmap development and multi-region feature launches.

Led a cluster of product managers building no-code programming and database tooling for a leading enterprise workflow & knowledge automation platform. Set product strategy and shipped industry-first capabilities — a no-code debugger, real-time error analysis and accessible localization tools — as core differentiators. Ran customer interviews, competitive analyses and continuous feedback monitoring to surface and resolve emerging enterprise use cases.

Developed global digital strategy across web and mobile customer experience products alongside internal platform tools. Managed and grew both product and UX teams, and worked across company stakeholders to reach data-backed, customer-centric decisions. Introduced SCRUM and other process improvements for visibility and alignment, and led the reimagining of the core customer experience to define the next evolution of the digital product on mobile and web.

Led and mentored the product management team across mobile, web and hardware client engagements, delivering 20+ projects for startups and established brands including Google and adidas. Provided strategy, research, roadmap development, backlog and requirement definition, and cross-functional team management, improving processes and communications.
