I am responsible for the HR to support to all the SuperBest stores in the Western part of Denmark.

My primary tasks are recruitment both in Denmark as well as in other European countries. Further more I work closely with managers regarding compentency development for all levels of the organization.

Main tasks: Competency development and recruiting: Developing and training in courses such as IT (SAP, customer and goods management databases), customer service and handling of conflicts. Implementation of eTraining. Successor planning department managers, floor managers and store managers (e.g. Development Center, Potential Appraisal) Recruiting of department managers/floor managers as well as testing.

Responsible for the employees at the check-out and check-in, the cantine and the packing department (40-50 employees). Main tasks: Recruiting/discharging Education planning PA (potential appraisal) Work schedules Budgets - monthly/yearly (wages, different accounts for other expences - cleaning service, freight etc.) Development of a new introduction program for new employees in METRO CC Denmark Instructor for new employees
