Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting and sales activity analysis in order to monitor departmental performance against agreed goals. Provide comprehensive co-edition fulfillment support and assistance to Production, from deal confirmation to final invoicing.

Managed the entire co-edition printing process for all territories for both books and magazines, including co-ordinating schedules and overseeing co-edition file delivery. Sold English language subrights, audio and educational rights, and UK translation co-editions and closely supported the Production department to agree co-edition schedules, confirm orders, and communicate customer delivery requirements.

Provided international book fair and sales trip support including: arranging schedules for sales colleagues, following-up on interest generated at meetings, booking travel, and organising shipments. Supported colleagues through day-to-day administration by ensuring vital information such as rights sold and submissions grids were kept up to date. Ran, processed, and invoiced all contracts, as well as drafting supply of files agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and reversion letters.

Performed general administrative duties including maintaining rights sold grids, sending foreign copies to authors, archiving contracts, updating title information presentations, and drafting contracts.
