Acting as a primary contact between consultants and clients and responsible for end-to-end full recruitment cycle - Hiring, Screening, Scheduling, Interviewing, and Negotiating the rate, and following up through until the candidate joins. • Writing evaluations of the interviews conducted • At lead level, managing a team of 4-5 resources and conducting daily meetings that gives insights to everyone about their daily task

•Sourcing, Screening, and submitting the relevant and interested candidate’s profile and summary/Minutes of the call to the Client. •Using Boolean Search for sourcing profiles based (LinkedIn/Linked In Recruiter, Google, Third Party Tools- Prophet and Lusha) •Taking Care of Internal recruitment and initial Screening •Preparing assessments for new joiners. •Managing and guiding the team of 5-6 recruiters/resourcers and conducting daily meetings •Helping manager in employer branding activities.
