In 2020 year, I made a conscious decision to change my field of activity. The most important criterion of my new profession and my life's work was communication. After analyzing all my strengths and studying the topic, I chose IT HR/ IT Recruiting. She enrolled in the IT HR/IT Recruiting courses at the It Academy Grodno and successfully graduated from them. I self-study a lot by reading books such as: Work rules (Laszlo Bok), Who (Jeff Smart, Randy Street), Million Dollar Resume (Mikhail Pritula and Roman Zhikharev). And I constantly watch materials on YouTube, especially Mike Pritula Academy's open classes. I plan to grow professionally, develop, improve my skills and continue to study continuously in the field of IT recruiting and HR marketing. I have been working as a recruiter for the second year and I am very happy in my profession.
