A dynamic wholesale Italian clothing start-up with 2 big brands, 4 showrooms in Germany and Austria • Inspected incoming garments, marked them with bar coded tags, and recorded accordingly to Erply inventory management software • Managed supply/demand of Amazon sales channel, transferred and tracked movement of items • Processed wholesale/retail orders, controlled product quality, shipment and payment

• Interviewed customers to understand their feedback during cooking process and quantify their insights • Organized workshops for user testing and prototyping workshops to gather business solutions and challenges • Analyzed competitors in Digital Cooking Applications and Spices & Herbs industry • Evaluated the profitability of the project by researching, consulting experts, and calculating costs, profits and margins of each component in the value chains

• Contributed to increasing weekend revenue which always exceeded the target (3000 SGD/day) • Managed outlet operations (supervised food preparation, enforced hygiene standards and safety measures) • Maintained stock supplies, minimized food wastage and spoilage • Used Standard Operating Procedure to evaluate performance of 8 staffs and gave feedback to the management team

• Created a systematic official legal database for the company which was highly appraised and is currently still in use • Conducted legal research and provided simple advice to other departments online and on-site • Weekly updated and summarized new regulations related to business activities • Reviewed contracts (sales contracts with the company’s business partners, leasing contracts for expatriates, etc.)
