Understanding client’s current process, Translating client’s business requirements into business solutions. Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Admin and Employee Central which includes Foundation Objects, Succession and Corporate data models, Workflows, Business Rules etc.

Working as HRIS Specialist , Requirement gathering for the project called APMEA . We are going to implement SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• SAP Certified SuccessFactors Consultant in Employee Central, Performance Management ,Goal Management and Recruitment Management. • Extensive experience of SAP HCM/ Success Factors modules like Intro to Mastery, Employee Central, Performance Management & Goal Management, Recruitment.

• Responsible for requirement gathering, function design, functional configuration, testing of e-recruiting, and PA, OM and Payroll modules. • Configuration of Flexible Benefits, Reimbursements and Claims, Pay Slip, IT Declaration, Total Compensation statement etc. for ESS/MSS. • Preparation of Functional Specifications. • Uploading of Master Data of Employees using LSMW. • Preparation of Business Blueprint, Configuration Manual, User Manual and End User Training.
