Supported customers and event teams across fast-paced service environments, helping resolve issues, coordinate changing requirements, and keep service running smoothly. As I progressed into team-lead responsibilities, I coordinated colleagues, trained new staff, and handled changing priorities and operational challenges under time pressure. This experience strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, solve problems calmly, and adapt quickly to different customers, teams, and working environments.

Designed and delivered EO monitoring and visualization tools (Google Earth Engine, Power BI) that gave farm managers and stakeholders across multiple countries actionable climate intelligence, replacing manual, time-intensive reporting with automated satellite-driven workflows. I also worked on Python and R data pipelines in Azure Databricks, reducing processing time by over 60%, and automated Power BI reporting workflows that reduced weekly reporting time by more than 75%.

Used LiDAR, RGB and thermal imagery to support environmental research focused on ecosystem and vineyard monitoring. Developed reproducible processing workflows, including an Agisoft Metashape approach that used RGB imagery to improve the alignment of thermal data. The resulting workflows were documented and adopted as benchmark procedures within the research group.
