It involves setting-up of multi-ATA configuration management system, requirement assessment, work order preparation, Product data management. -Implemented Six-Sigma and Kaizen practices for design office (5S, QPDC, visual display, etc..).and established Continuous improvement organization. -A Constant interaction with Airbus and Higher internal management.

-I was responsible for Program Management, Bid Management for Airbus RFQs, Business Unit Management at Hamburg -Build multiple project teams for the development & deployment of Wave-II concepts for FAL installed Harnesses of A380. -Steered the business unit successfully when the parent company had declared as bankrupt -Successfully executed the First ever onsite-offshore project (MSN 003) for TechMahindra

-I Managed Many E2S Projects of Airbus ( tier-1) for Design and Development activities, -Setup Continuous Improvement organisation, -Handled Bid Management, Quality management, Customer inter facing, Strategic planning -Set up complete infrastructure at Offshore Development Center. -Managed to relocate around 70 FTEs to France for a duration of one year to learn and implement the new process(A380 Wave-1) and bring back to Germany after one year.

Coordination of activities between Labinal GmbH and Safran Aerospace India. Designing of ATA 53 components for primary and secondary structures for Airbus Aircrafts. ATA 92 design and drawing creation.
