- Sourcing on professional networksfor a wide range of roles - Organize and coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling meetings, developing agendas, arranging travel for candidates, reimbursing expenses, and distributing necessary information to candidates in preparation for interviews - Create and update job descriptions, and post to various job boards. - Respond to candidate inquiries and provide negative feedback - Create applications and offers on ATS and monitor hiring cycles

- Recruitment of personnel for temporary and permanent positions; - Collection, analysis and processing of applications; - Conducting face-to-face and remote interviews; - Consolidation of application files; - Implementation of recruitment campaigns; - Follow-up of candidates and temporary employees under contract; - Advice and regular contacts with client companies; - Active sourcing in the various databases available; - Various administrative tasks related to the position.
