Community-based environmental management Studied the socioeconomic, environmental, and cultural impacts of community-based mangrove ecotourism. Conducted semi-structured interviews with members of the local women’s group, fisherfolk, and small business owners to obtain details from under-represented groups often marginalised from decision-making.

• Responsible for growing sales by 120% YOY by redesigning and managing a content-led email strategy. • Organising and managing plastic clean-up initiative alongside Norwegian company, Empower, with over 105,000kg of plastic waste cleaned up. • Co-developed the Malizia Mangrove project resulting in over 2000 mangroves planted during campaign.
