Created and managed teams responsible for engineering modernization, developer productivity, security, and site reliability of Smaato's digital ad tech platform. Responsible for professional development and education of 80+ engineers and managers. Managed all technology vendor relationships, including contract negotiations with over 20 commercial partners. Worked closely with Legal, Engineering, and Product leaders to ensure platform regulatory compliance (China, COPPA, CCPA, GDPR) .

Strategic advisor to the executive team. Identified opportunities for infrastructure cost optimization and delivered a roadmap for increasing the scalability, performance, and reliability of Smaato's cloud-hosted B2B SaaS platform.

Established strategic vision for the Technical Operations organization. Built and managed teams responsible for datacenter planning, the overall design, deployment, and operations of both the corporate and testing lab infrastructure, as well as the IT function, including helpdesk, asset procurement and management, vendor selection and management, and telecom.

Managed a team of engineers responsible for maintenance, operations, and modernization Univision's global IT infrastructure supporting over 120 radio and television stations, online and mobile apps and products. Developed and executed several projects resulting in reduced expenses, faster service delivery time, and improved quality of service to end users.
