My most recent role involved negotiating terms for a co-Fund Management Agreement between Crewstone and Takada, a fund now licensed in Labuan, Malaysia. I also advised a family office in Singapore on environmental, social, and governance matters, as well as the governor of Aceh, Indonesia for a proposed port project with Peterson of the Netherlands. In New South Wales, I handled typical intellectual property matters including trademark disputes, joint venture agreements for construction projects, and financial matters like debt collection and bankruptcy. I assisted clients with developing carbon credit projects in Malaysia, working with the Asian Development Bank on full lifecycle projects involving palm oil, as well as similar efforts in Indonesia. Additionally, I am assisting on a carbon credit exchange in Sri Lanka, developing a proof of concept to incorporate Art 6. I was a founder of at least two startups, and several cryptocurrency projects, in cybersecurity work and AI gen work.
