Deliver assigned tasks within the project cycle, supporting technical systems management and contributing to detailed technical designs. I perform system configurations, troubleshoot issues, monitor and test performance, and help design customer solutions. I work under a technical lead, collaborate with customers, maintain professionalism, support team relationships, align with company strategy, use knowledge tools, and actively participate in technical communities.

Main role is to deployed tailored solution (BMC products) and provide in-depth support to all customers and potential clients. Conduct knowledge transfers or trainings to enable their users a seamless transition to the usage of the solution and submit technical documentation for their references.

Install and setup workstations including all required peripherals for the users and address all their inquiries or issues. Monitor all Servers and Databases, and perform troubleshooting or maintenance as needed or by scheduled.

Provide technical support on all employees and ensure that all operational applications are running in their optimal performance.
