I am leading a bleaching center with few employees. I am responsible for the center and I am continuously improving my skills in terms of marketing, finance and everything else that is needed to successfully run a local store. Currently, one of my challenges is to provide an appealing online presence and online marketing campaings for the local bleaching store.

During my internship at Robert Bosch in Belgium, I worked as a Project & Quality Manager in the purchasing department. This department is responsible for preventive & quality topics for purchased parts. Besides my daily work - which was the release of newly purchased, as well as serial parts - I independently worked on two additional projects: 1. Development and Implementation of an Early Warning System in the PMQ department at Robert Bosch in Belgium 2. Development of a Dashboard for concessions

-Identification of saving potentials from import parts for the C-Class model -Creation of a masterplan to reduce the amount of forklifts at the plant Bremen -Identification of savings in terms of green/sustainable production -Creation and release of the final report for the E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet -Preparation and lead in risk analysis workshops for lithium-ion batteries -Autonomous parts coordination for all C-Class parts for the two main halls of the plant in Bremen

Start-up founded during the International Mini Company project. Together with 8 other students, we founded the company "Mugic". We liquidated the company with nice profits in July 2017.
