Christian Hackbusch

Currently I am specialized in SAP Marketing and Qualtrics. The focus is on the customer experience. It is all about improving and speeding up marketing processes, using customer data for personalized experiences and collecting customer's experience data to get even better! Discussing requirements with our customers and organizing tasks are some of my strengths - that is why I am currently developing towards project management.

I had the opportunity to continue my work at MHP and have been working in the cluster customer experience since then. In addition to technical tasks, I mainly took on procedural and conceptual topics. I have dealt with many technologies related to SAP Marketing and also got certified. I was able to support customers with the introduction and integration of the SAP Marketing Cloud. Furthermore, I was able to build up expertise in Qualtrics as part of exciting customer survey projects.

During my working student activity at MHP, I once more noticed that technology and marketing are my passion. That's why I wrote my bachelor's thesis about "Design and implementation of a modern mobile application in context of contextual marketing".

After I was able to prove my skills in a university project with MHP, I continued as a working student. My team primarily worked with the SAP Marketing on premise system of a German sports car manufacturer. There I mainly took on technical tasks.

As a working student, I was in charge of several larger social media channels. Social media marketing, content marketing and affiliate marketing describe my activities. I also used my technical skills from my studies to create own applications which helped to automate certain processes.

I've always had a special interest in marketing. That's why I initially decided to do an internship in the field of social media marketing.
