Responsible for the 10 kV power cable line construction (system length: 56 km), fiber optic cables and ground lines at Frankfurt Airport. Planning and coordination of its needs. MV systems of two substations, auxiliary power transformers. Coordination and management of installation personnel. Billing of development according to VOB (Germany). Monitoring commissioning. Project plan development using MS Project.

Workforce planning of assembly personnel including commissioning staff (onshore and offshore). . Coordination and management of installation personnel.Technical purchasing of products and tools. Contract negotiations, drafting of contracts for work and services. Electrical installation (e.g. France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland). Coordination of system components/assemblies in European countries of MV switchgear, transformers, medium voltage cables in the area 10 kV to 110 kV.

Acquisition of systems, equipment and components. Electrical power engineering (high and medium voltage). Maintenance and development of customer relationships (heavy industry, power supply industry). Acquisition of new customers. Customer services and development of customized solutions. Contract negotiations. Regular maintenance of planning systems. Representing the interests of AREVA to customers and suppliers.

Creation of project plans and budgets for wind and solar construction sites. Controlling the progress of construction for above-mentioned projects. Construction site acceptance and commissioning of projects >1 MW. C Sole responsibility for rate negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors. Coordination of grid connections for renewable energies (1 kV to 110 kV) from the network application to commissioning. Cross-sector supervision of foreign trades (metal, roof renovation for solar systems

Overall responsibility for the above-described range incl. the disciplinary and professional management of 20 employees. Preparation of project budgets and monitoring of controlling (400 WTGs, 2 million Euro each). Sole responsibility for price negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors. Personal responsibility for rate negotiations with contractors. Establishment of a quality management. Purchase of medium voltage components including preparing specifications (320 MV systems).
