Trainee in the department of Holland Innovation Attache with focus areas Healthcare, Space, and High-Tech. Coordination and development of a pilot project in the Health sector called 'Living Lab' aiming at accessible and affordable healthcare. Developing communication channels using project management tools like BaseCamp, and mailing systems like MailChimp and Outlook. In addition to this, improving outreach by developing the website and other social platforms.

Project on Overall Improvement of Efficiency in Stores and Production using Line Balancing, Kanban, Kaizen, and 5S. Identifying bottlenecks in many in-house processes industrial tools & techniques including cause and effect diagram, Pareto chart, process time chart, and simulation. Improvement of production line efficiency using line balancing. Improvement in storage and further maintenance enabling smooth movement of materials and adhering to ISO-9001 standards.

Management of line operation of assembly of road machinery (Excavators, Road Rollers, ad Pavers).

Management of engineering and product development activities. Analysis and supervision of fabrication of industrial washing machines (Horizontal & Vertical) including quality tests and packaging.

Semester abroad with International Project Management, International Business, and Supply Chain Management as main fields of the study program.
