"Do you have 20 years of experience or did you experience the same year 20 times?!" A question that changed my life forever. I will never forget this day in October of 2014 when I realized that as long as I work in technology I will never experience the same year twice and I will always be learning. My curiosity to understand how the world works is the engine that drives my learning journey with the simple goal to become better at helping others by solving problems that matter to them. This gave me the title "The Company Macgyver" when it comes to problem-solving. (this is a reference to a 1985 TV show) While my learning journey is still going strong, I realised that every problem is ultimately a people problem. Therefore my focus is on building product teams and coaching product managers, so they can build awesome tech products customers love. I make sure the networks are engineered effectively and “greased” at the right places, create new connections where needed, and ensure the ecosystem is resilient to constant change, internal & external forces and is able to scale effectively.
