PCH Holding GmbH is a subsidiary of Callista Private Equity containing the French business of the group. As managing director I lead the carve-out and restructuring of the subsidiaries. Among others I created a powerfull new sales team, leading to a significant rise in revenues already within the first year.

Callista is a Private Equity Firm focusing on the acquisition of distressed non-core business of international groups headquartered in Europe. It is the company's aim to partner-up with the seller in order to immediately start the restructuring process.
