Managing a Team of 34 decentralized Team members with 5 Direct reports (Strategic Sourcing, Indirect Materials, Tactical Procurement, Supplier Development, with a total spend of € 160 million/year of direct and additional € 50 million/year of indirect spend.

Projects: European location project for a Steel producer from India. Private Equity advisory for the acquisition of a Packaging provider.

Managing a Team of 65 decentralized Team members with 5 Direct reports (Strategic, Tactical, Supplier Development, New Product Development and After Market) with a total spend of € 150 M/year.
