Working on a large-scale transformation program (~220 team members, 5-7 years horizon, 9 digit budget) as the Program Manager. Responsible for the program planning, governance, budget and the Program Management Office

Managing the design, test, deploy and control phases of a global project, deploying a CRM application, which enables the planning, designing and execution of the cross- and multi-channel campaigns at Nestlé Nespresso worldwide.

Managing a project team of 110 resources to deploy Nestlé’s GLOBE Solutions in the Nespresso Manufacturing Organization. Scope: Materials Handling, T&P (AMM, Manufacturing and QM), Data Management, F&C (Accounting Operations, Decision Support, Product Costing), HR (Payroll, Organizational Management, Personal Administration), Procurement, DSP (PPDS), Business Warehouse.

Working in the Program Governance team on GLOBE & ISIT Projects & the global Integrated Plan for Programs and Projects (about 2'000 projects globally in the portfolio ). Designing and implementing Best Practices for Portfolio, Program and Project Management on a global level.

Responsible for a team of 15 Business Analyst and Data Experts from the Nestle GLOBE Center, Zone Americas (North-, South- and Central-America, Canada), supporting a large scale SAP implementation in the Caribbean Region (Trinidad & Tobago, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic and surrounding islands). Located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
