I lead 3 engineering teams (15 engineers and 3 Delivery Leads) in B2B and B2G contexts, align capacity and skills with product and platform strategy, and ensure high‑quality, reliable services. As part of the IT management team, I also help shape the evolution of the overall IT organization beyond my direct domain.

Head of Agility Hub, leading a team of 6 Agile Coaches and shaping our Agile coaching practice across the IT organization. I create the conditions for sustainable change by strengthening collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous learning in teams.

As a dedicated Chapter Lead Agile, I collaborate closely with Product Owners and Agile Coaches to foster an agile culture within our organization. My main focus is on scaling our product development processes by tailoring agile methodologies to our organizational needs. This involves defining and aligning agile roles across our IT department to promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Beside this strategic topics i am in charge for all administrative tasks for employees in agile roles.

As part of the management team, I am responsible for leading and developing the IT into a modern, international development department. Constant growth, scaling and further development of the engineers are our main challenges these days to keep up with the rapid growth of the company. As a chapter-lead i am in a direct responsibility for up to 30 developers in an international remote-setup.

Part of the transition team which introduced scrum as the company wide development methodology, take over the scrum-master responsibility for a development team.
