A350 Lavatories • Responsible for the technical Module Specification • Module responsible for the Hard- and Software of all relevant ATA Chapters (Lavatory, Light, Water, etc.) as well as for the Integration (Oxygen, Smoke Detection, CIDS) • Cross Location Leadership of a highly motivated and committed international Engineering Team • Operational Involvement in A350 Supplier Selection including Capability Assessments (PMCA) • Engineering Supplier Management

• Organization of Project Setup and –Kick-off with external Engineering Supplier

• Active Contribution on successful Organization of the Bertrandt Start-up in Hamburg • Set-up and leading the Cabin Interior Department • Formulation of the Business Plan and continues Tracking and Adaptation to achieve the Plan • Responsible to generate new Business

• Responsible for the successful technical and financial realization • Disciplinary and operational Leadership of up to 30 employees (hiring, Contract negotiation, appraisal interviews, objective agreements, human resources development, disciplinary measure) • As Key Account responsible for successful New Projects Acquisitions (Add Responsibilities: Cost Tracking, Client Care, Supplier Management) • Active Contribution on successful ISO-Certification and continues Process Improvement Projects)

• Leading of Interior Development Projects with a multinational Team of up to 16 Employees • Key Responsibilities were Tender Preparation, Project Tracking, Resource Planning, Change Management • Development and Introduction of a Project Tracking System
