- Distribute information to project team members and other stakeholders in the plant who are or will be affected by the projects. - Oversee the creation and distribution of focus project level reports for executive level audience. - Effective tracking and communication of project status and reporting. - Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools. - Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.
