As a business development manager and project lead it was my topic to raise up new cooperations with partners in- and outside the insurance business and to develop ecosystems for the customer. A multiple role from leading an IT-project, handling sales cooperations, empowering a subsidiary company in the motor insurance ecosystem, rolling out a new product in e-mobility to strengthen noncore activities and doing a study about banking and payment.

My hot topic in this awesome corporate startup was the development of a Germany-wide branch network from scratch to purchase cars from consumers. From zero to 42 branches in 15 months. Install all processes for physical and IT-needs, from car transport over document handling to lead processing and pricing apps. Creating a training concept, setting up a team and enable employees to check, price and buy the car from the consumer.

In this role I was leading a brillant team to make private liability and house insurance work and give the customer an excellent experience.
