Member of the strategy committee for sales, marketing, customer acquisition and CRM. Responsible for reporting and invoicing to franchise partners; main contact for the managing directors of the national companies. Direct reporting line to the ratioform Group CEO.
Full responsibility for the Europe-wide online marketing; unofficial head of e-commerce department. Focus on digital new customer acquisition and consumer engagement as well as conceptual and visual development (UI/UX) of the ratioform Online Shop.
