Islamabad, Pakistan • Coordinating and advising on human resource management (HRM) for all MSF projects in the country • Coordinating all expat administration related task • Implementation of the Reference Function Grid • Responsible for liaising with other MSF sections on the topics of intersectional salary reviews & harmonization of HRM policies between MSF sections
