- Management of sub-projects and small sized projects - Preparation of information memoranda, fact books, marketing and pitch presentations - Drafting of advisory agreements, negotiation of NDAs - Company valuation based on various valuation methods - Assessment of SPAs/APAs and contract structures together with Managing Director / Director level - Instruction of Analysts and Associates - Development of acquisition ideas and execution of pitches and marketing dates together with project manager

- Responsibility for project documentation, management of sub-projects - Preparation of information memoranda, fact books, marketing and pitch presentations - Company valuation based on various valuation methods - Coordination and management of due diligence in coordination with project manager - Negotiation of NDAs in coordination with project manager - Participation in pitches and marketing dates - Instruction of Analysts and trainees
