Development, evaluation, execution and integration/segregation of corporate investment and disinvestment opportunities (incl. the acquisition and sale of companies and participations, joint ventures and new ventures); cross-functional coordination of M&A projects at all stages (incl. the lead of project teams and external advisors); presentation of and advising on corporate investment and disinvestment opportunities at all corporate levels (incl. the executive board).

Advised group wide on mergers and acquisitions, strategic venture capital investments, international corporate law issues, restructuring and debt capital market projects; coordinated and structured M&A projects in coordination with relevant functional units and external advisors; drafted and negotiated any kind of M&A contracts (incl. share purchase, joint venture and investment agreements); coordinated and conducted complex and multinational due diligences.

Co-founded, built and exited Markthalle Neun. Markthalle Neun is a succesfully established food retailing concept based in one of Berlin's remaining historical market halls from the 19th century and reaching out to foodies in the surrounding region. Markthalle Neun takes up the idea of traditional market halls and serves as a modern hub and retail platform for traditional food producers as well as innovative food entrepreneurs.

Advised domestic and international clients on a broad range of M&A, private equity, venture capital and corporate law matters, including the coordination of national and multinational due diligences and the drafting and negotiation of all relevant legal documentation, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and participation/investment agreements.
