Activity covering design and manufacturing activities including rework in FAL. In charge of transnational team based in Bremen, Toulouse, Sevilla and Ankara. Scope: 300 FTE, 30M€ annual NRC budget. Development and coordination of industrial partner activities. Achievements: first prototype first flight and power-on of first three prototypes.

In charge of Make or Buy Policy and Industrial Strategy. Accountable for continous improvement, resource and capex management. Achievement: Reduction of manufacturing sites from 5 to 3.
