- Responsibility for international camshaft programs for major OEM customers - Leadership of cross-functional teams across engineering, production, quality, purchasing, logistics and sales - Coordination with OEM engineering and production across Germany, France, England and Italy - Direct customer interface with PSA, BMW, Iveco and Aston Martin - From nomination through development and industrialization to series production - Management of timing, costs, quality, risks and customer requirements
