As a project controller, I was responsible for the management of project controlling for the chinese subsidiary. • Overall responsibility for the financial analysis of corporate projects in the 3 companies in China • Establishment of controlling activities and a monthly contribution margin report with actual to budget variance analysis per project, • Review of transfer prices within the Webasto Group (inside / outside China) • Worked with the Chinese Board of Directors on new business decisions
