Christopher Littrell

I develop and implement leadership and engagement programming for students at Roosevelt University, including planning and facilitating two annual leadership retreats, and a weekly 12-week leadership development program. Additionally, I research and provide community engagement opportunities for students, and I oversee and advise several committees and organizations. Ultimately, I determine ways to make sure students are resilient in their development and retained by the university.

I provide personalized workshops and team-building seminars for clients interested in anything but the status quo. I utilize skills learned in improvisational theater to develop fun, engaging material to keep my clients laughing and learning.

I served as an adviser and case manager to students in college who were either the first in their families to attend a university, from low-income households, or had a disability. Duties included creating personal action plans for success, assisting students in securing financial aid, and helping students learn valuable skills for success.

I was responsible for scheduling and proctoring all exams for students with disabilities who needed specific testing accommodations. I also served as a liaison for other offices to inform them of accommodation processes, and policies surrounding the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504.
