As an intern my role was split between supporting Global Field Partner Readiness and the Sales Academy program. Creating reports on training status and gaps and using these reports to make recommendations as to which training events should be prioritized by partners. Managing participant registration and catering for training events. Providing logistical support for the Sales Academy program in both Cork and London - creating content for interview packs and marketing material.

Transcribing audio files containing speech from both single and multiple speakers, and analysis and validation of audio files. Working on a variety of locales meaning that I am accustomed to several varieties of English.

Giving tours of the distillery in both French and English. Based on my performance I was chosen to deliver an extended Behind the Scenes tour. Dealing with visitors of many different nationalities. Processing bookings using Microsoft Outlook and inputting these to a reservations programme. Selling was an important aspect of this role. Performing end of day procedures, including inputting and recording data accurately using Microsoft Excel.
