CTD Depot Coordinator/Technical Operations Engineer ensures that the temperature-controlled CTD (Clinical Distribution Center) Facility is compliant according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines. Responsible from qualification/validation activities, change control, issue and CAPA management in Quality Management Systems, coordination of different departments such as PM, QA and Depot Operations Departments, training of Depot Operations team.

Activities Performed: Building sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication, acquiring sales targets, after-sales services, order process documentation.

Activities Performed: Taking care of necessary processes through ERP system for Pre-Orders and Stock-orders, creating and analyzing daily sales reports to have an overview of current strategy.

Activities Performed: Meeting Sales Engineers of possible new sourcing suppliers and deciding the most profitable purchasing options by comparing prices of materials and logistics.
