Act as team leader controlling all aspects of the works including, planning, administration, commercial, engineering, site works and documentation. Co ordinate with client representatives, main contractor, consultant, suppliers and subcontractors etc. Monitor construction/execution with approved design including detailed schedule and coordination.

Review MEP design works for both internal and external services like A/C, plumbing, fire fighting and electrical works Review quantities for electro mechanical works and was a part of project cost analysis. Organize and attend technical meetings with consultants, contractors and subcontractors to discuss shop drawings, material submittals and method statements as necessary. Evaluation of subcontractors technically and commercially.

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulation.

Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information. Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
