Yearly turnover : 20ME. • Financial and operational reportings (following financial indicators such as gross margin, Ebitda...) • Budget, forecasts and specific business plan (whenever a RFQ in won). • Financial department management (1 person), set up procedures. • Relation with all the thirds related to finance department : bank , auditors. • ERP development according to needs. Daily use of SAP (espacially moduls FI and CO).

Financial controller for 2 automotive supplier plants (Mexico and United States). Yearly turnover : 22ME. • Financial and operational reportings (following financial indicators such as gross margin, Ebitda...) • Budget, forecasts and specific business plan (whenever a RFQ in won). • Financial department management (3 people), set up procedures. • ERP development according to needs.

Various missions of audit and internal control for different clients. • Statutory audit for listed and unlisted companies, audit of all accounting cycles and specifics controls (special reports, convenants, various certificates). • Audit of the consolited group financial statements • Internal control missions (anayse of procedures, recommendations). During these missions, participation in general organization, supervision of junior auditors, customer relationship.
